The focus of this year's virtual holiday party is too focus on the "little" successes we've had despite the circumstances and provide a vision for what the year to come will be!
Our event will be presented by our board members acting as facilitators throughout the evening. We'll break out in groups throughout the evening to focus on several elements that will lay the groundwork for the year to come. Our theme for discussion will be
"Serving our Members Better in a Pandemic, What Should We Be Doing To Help You?"
The evening will focus specifically on four main topics of white glove service:
1. Change Management: Focusing on the awareness of what the chapter has done, how well we communicate it to our members, how we can reinforce it and what helpful reminders would be applicable to keep everyone engaged throughout the year
2. Communication: How can we improve the "human touch" of what we're trying to do as a chapter? What does white glove service mean to you and how can the chapter better represent your ideal experience as a member
3. Toolkit: What tools are you leveraging as a professional to better support you through the pandemic? How could we apply these tools and/or the value they provide to your chapter experience? What technologies do you find most value in and why?
4. Vision: What would keep you engaged moving forward? How can we capture that in a virtual experience? What topics most interest you and why? Who would you like to hear from as a presenter and how does that relate to the work your trying to accomplish as a professional?
Everyone who attends this event will receive a gift card from the chapter in thanks for their participation and support of the chapter through such a challenging year. We'll share a year in review, the general vision for 2021, scheduled events already planned and where we hope you are members can help us expand our footprint as the premiere talent & development resources throughout Eastern Pennsylvania.
Please join us and help the chapter close out the year on a high note!
