 Jane Wells Schooley is the founder and co-owner of Northstar Team Development, which is a division of Dutch Springs, a premier tourist attraction for the region. Northstar Team Development’s mission is Transforming Corporate Leaders and their Team Experientially.

Jane is a leadership and business coach as well as a professional speaker. Certified through the International Coach Academy, Jane is also a Master Behavioral Analyst and holds a CMBA in behavioral assessments.

Recently named a 2013 Woman of Influence by the Lehigh Valley Business magazine, Jane is also a recipient of the coveted Athena Award from the Chamber of Commerce of the Greater Lehigh Valley.

Jane has her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from the Pennsylvania State University, where she also served on the faculty. In addition, Jane served as the national political and legislative Vice President of the National Organization for Women, as well as the Executive Director of a major political party in Pennsylvania.

Known as an advocate for people, particularly women and children, in both the US and internationally, Jane has been a Child Ambassador for World Vision, an international organization, and she is also active in the US Refugee Program. Locally, she is an honorary grandmother to 17 refugee children who live in the Lehigh Valley with their families.

Jane has been a licensed real estate broker for the last 23 years, and she is an owner of the Allentown Keller Williams real estate office. Jane and her husband, Stu Schooley, have been active in Discover Lehigh Valley for a number of years. They have been married for 42 years.
