About our facilitator:

Dr. James T. Spaulding of Lenape Associates, Inc. is an experienced educator with years of experience as a systems engineer, technical trainer, project manager, consultant, and executive. He has delivered complex technical topics to a wide range of audiences and regularly designs and delivers workshops and programs with instructor-led, virtual / hybrid, web-based, and computer-based training

Jim is an experienced corporate instructor and a faculty member with fifteen years at Penn State University teaching a variety of subjects such as: Instructional Design, Database Design, Business Analysis, Computer Technology, and Project Management with lean methodologies. He has consulted or contracted with firms such as Astra Zeneca, Centocor, Hitachi Data Systems, Microsoft Corporation, Philadelphia Scientific, SmithKline Beecham, Teradata, Wyeth Pharmaceuticals, and many others.

Jim studied Systems Engineering at Widener University after a BS in Mathematics from Villanova. He earned a Doctorate from Penn State, and a Masters in Educational Leadership from Immaculate. He is a member of several professional organizations and has published a number of non-fiction and scholarly works.
