    As a 2021 Inc. 5000’s fastest-growing company, our learning and development needs are expanding, and we need your help!  In this brand-new role as a Training &  Development Manager at myHR Partner, you will own the processes of planning and conducting training programs for our internal employees, as well as helping our team develop the skills and knowledge needed for their career progression. We need a creative thinker and strong executor who can deliver on the demands of a company that is scaling fast. 

    What you’ll do
    As our Training &  Development Manager, you’ll be a trusted source of knowledge and guidance. You’ll start out by learning our business operations, then design programs to produce targeted and tangible results. Day-to-day you’ll:

    • Identify and assess the training needs of our internal team through collaborative shadowing and consultation with managers
    • Develop individualized and group training programs that address specific business needs
    • Utilize a forward-thinking approach in selecting training resources, utilizing internal sources and external vendors to develop and deliver training
    • Engage employees with strong communication and presentation skills when facilitating training
    • Assess employees’ skills, performance, and productivity to identify areas of improvement for career progression
    • Monitor and evaluate training programs on a regular basis to ensure that they are relevant and effective
    • Jointly develop goals, metrics, and outcomes for all training and career development solutions.
    • Collaborate with subject matter experts and leadership team to design, develop, deliver and evaluate training solutions
    • Assist in the development of employee career pathing and development plans in support of employee growth and organization objectives
    • Partner with leadership to diagnose performance skill gap areas and prioritize talent development solutions focused on learning, development, and organizational strategic goals
    • Create and execute learning initiatives that build professional and soft skills for all employees

    What you need to thrive in this role

    • Experience:
      • 5+ years’ experience in consultation, design, development and delivery of leadership and talent development solutions
      • Instructional design experience with leadership development, career development, culture and engagement, and professional development programs
      • Excellent facilitation and presentation skills. Demonstrated success with developing and maintaining strong relationships with groups and individuals, including leaders at all levels of the organization
    • Education: A degree in Education Training & Adult Learning, Organizational Development, Organizational Psychology, Leadership Development, Learning & Development, or related field 
    • Certification: Association for Talent Development (ATD) Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD) and/or other training/employee development related certifications desired
    • Location: Remote. However, you must be within the Eastern or Central time zones. Sorry, West Coast- it’s not you, it’s us
    • Software Skills: Well versed in MS Office, various training, and presentation systems
